Official Rules & Regulations:

No Purchase Necessary. Employees of Irene Village Mall Centre Management and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. One entry per person per week is allowed.

All photos must be in submitted in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 1MB (Megabyte) and must be accompanied by an entry form. Files in .zip format will not be opened or considered. Receipt of photos will not be acknowledged. All photo contest entries become the property of Irene Village Mall.

Entries must be original, neither previously published nor having won any other award. Photo entries are restricted to photos that are taken at Irene Village Mall exclusively.

Irene Village Mall reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any entry which Irene Village Mall, in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with its reputation. Irene Village Mall assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures or lost email entries.

JUDGING: All entries received will be judged by Irene Village Mall based on photo quality, composition and creativity of image. One prize winner per category will be chosen per month. One grand prize winner per category will be chosen at the end of the competition (30 April 2010). Decision of judges is final and binding in all respects.

By submitting your photo, you grant a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout in any editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes in any media, including the internet. You grant Irene Village Mall, the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. Entrants who do not agree to this use should not enter this contest. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Irene Village Mall for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Irene Village Mall reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In the event of cancellation, Irene Village Mall reserves the right to award the prize to an eligible, non-suspect, entry received prior to date of cancellation.

By participating, entrants release Irene Village Mall, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, respective officers, director, employees and agents from any and all liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the contest or any prize awarded.
